The panel design was built to specifically replicate the customer's preferences. The tailored 17'9x7'4 door was completed with personalized customer-supplied stained glass details. A two-toned stain job finishes the look and accentuates the stone jamb detail.

Varying clavos sizes are available. Most customer's select a nominal 1_3/8" clavos, but larger sizes (like these nominal 2" clavos) can also be used to help create a more dramatic impact.

  • Offers unparalleled beauty of natural wood with numerous different texture options including hand hewn, wire brushed, smooth, and distressed.
  • Choice of natural woods including Natural Western Red Cedar, Incense Cedar, African Mahogany, Sapele Mahogany, Knotty Cedar, Douglas Fir, Redwood, Barnwood, or basically any other species requested.
  • Optional windows are available with unlimited design options to include true-divided-lite options with arch top or square top. Speak-easy window designs can also be incorporated into the design either with or without a grill. Window designs can also feature optional rod iron grills.
  • Designs are unlimited. Choose from one of our ready-made designs or show us a photo or sketch and we will provide you with a professional CAD drawing made just for you.
  • Doors are custom made to precise sizes to fit virtually any opening.
  • Decorative hardware can be added to achieve the finishing touches. Decorative hardware can include clavos, knockers, handles, straps or strap hinges, speak-easy grills.
  • Rollers are made with a premium nylon sheath and include encased steel ball bearings for smoother and quieter operation, a tremendous benefit, especially for those with bedrooms over or near the garage.
  • Heavy-duty hot-dipped galvanized steel tracks and hinges included for long lasting performance. Optional white powder coating can be added as an upgrade for optimum appearance and rust protection.
