The Victorian panel design is also ideal for uneven opening dimensions as it provides increased flexibility, often up to one foot, in sizing variations. This double door was cut down 6" to fit within its provided lay out.

  • Clemente is one of the most stringently engineered garage doors you can own with its strong, two-sided steel design that provides superior strength, unrivaled durability, and unsurpassed protection against noise and weather.
  • Clemente sections include a high-strength steel with an added galvanize layer of protection, an epoxy primer and finished with a baked-on paint.
  • Insulated with a thermally bonded, CFC free, expanded polystyrene insulation core providing up to a 10.25 R-value.
  • Thermal protection integrated into the design of the Clemente further increases energy thru a thermal break preventing heat loss and metal-to-metal contact between interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Upgraded Aluminum bottom retainer with U-shaped rubber weather stripping is factory applied. Aluminum retainer helps prevent rust and U-shape weather strip help seal out dirt, wind and rain.
  • Rollers are made with a premium nylon sheath and include encased steel ball bearings for smoother and quieter operation, a tremendous benefit, especially for those with bedrooms over or near the garage.
  • Heavy-duty hot-dipped galvanized steel tracks and hinges included for long lasting performance.
  • Upgraded 7/8" diameter tubular steel back hangs - stronger than standard punched angle.
  • Full perimeter primed wood/vinyl weather seal for increased seal around the jambs including heavy-duty bottom weather stripping.
